Damion Austin

Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Damion Austin Joins GO Solutions from ACS a fortune 500 Company where he served as Strategic Business Unit manager. There, he managed the Recoveries portfolio for Wood Forrest National Bank a Bank Franchise across the East and central coasts of the US. Damion is a proven Operations leader and consultant with over 14 years’ experience in the industry. In his career he has successfully led companies like Tympana Ltd, and Salary.com and has held management positions with Alliance One and ACS a Xerox Company. His experience stands tall in areas such as Customer Care, Debt Collections and Recoveries, Sales, and lead generation on both inbound and outbound calling. Mr. Austin has also served as a start-up consultant to over 5 of the contact centers across Jamaica. He holds a wealth of experience in the contact center industry and has a track record for success in the Outsourcing Industry in Jamaica.

Roger Hamilton

Chief Human Resources Officer

Roger brings more than 20 years of global sales and leadership experience to the company. Roger joined us from ACS, a Xerox Company, a fortune 500 technology and outsourcing company located in Jamaica, where he served as a Senior Manager for over 3 years in the Corporate Treasury , Tax and Leasing department. Prior to joining ACS, Roger was a Bank Manager for Citibank, another fortune 500 company, where he spent over 10 years leading several of their largest Financial Centers. He also held numerous leadership roles, in various major Financial Institutions across the United Sated during his 20-year tenure. Roger attended the Broward Community College in Florida, majoring in Business Administration.

Tajaun H. Ten-Fah

Operations & Business Development Manager

Mr. Tajaun Ten-Fah is a proven operations leader and entrepreneur with over 7 years experience in the industry. He has a great interest and passion for business operations and system administration. Tajaun manages our clientele by planning and implementing call center strategies thus improving systems and processes while effectively managing staff. His key role is to provide overall direction for the facility in the areas of safety, regulatory, quality, facilities, capacity planning, overall efficiencies and budgets. Other key activities include technology infrastructure, application delivery, technology governance and information security.
